MRC Des Collines-de-l'Outaouais Strategic Plan 2026-2036
This Revised Agricultural Zone Development Plan for the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais serves as a planning document aimed at enhancing the territory and agricultural activities. It is structured around four main intervention areas: supporting the agricultural and agri-food ecosystem, ensuring the sustainability and prosperity of agricultural land and operations, promoting the visibility and marketing of local products, and raising community awareness and engagement regarding agricultural issues. The plan envisions a future where, by 2036, the agricultural territory and activities are a source of shared pride, sustained by a strong local ecosystem that fosters production, processing, marketing, and consumption of local products, thereby reinforcing the region's brand and agri-tourism, and ensuring generational succession.
