The work supports the Naval Support Activity Mechanicsburg, Philadelphia Navy Yard Annex, and calls for use of a sealed environmental clamshell bucket. The berths must be dredged to a minimum depth of -30 MLLW, with a maximum over-dredge depth of -32 MLLW.
