Assorted Mid-Size SUVs

Description: The County of Merced’s Department of Administrative Services Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for ten new, current-production SUVs: four mid-size AWD units, four compact FWD units, and two compact or mid-size AWD units. Vehicles must be new and undamaged, meet applicable federal motor vehicle safety standards and required safety features, and the successful bidder must deliver and invoice at least one to two vehicles by December 18, 2026. Award is to the lowest responsive bidder, with a capped local-business preference and evaluation of product quality, bidder capability, reputation, past performance, and future maintenance and parts.
