COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT - DISASTER RECOVERY

Description: Alaska’s Division of Community and Regional Affairs seeks an implementation contractor for the 2022 Typhoon Merbok homeowner recovery program under its Community Development Block Grant–Disaster Recovery allocation. Services include program management, applicant intake and case management, grant compliance, environmental review, and construction delivery and oversight in designated disaster-affected areas. The anticipated contract budget is $2.5 million, with all requested work to be completed by December 31, 2029.
