CSAFY2027 - Quarter 2 - CSA Open Application Period FY2027- Quarter 2
Fairfax County seeks applications from current and prospective providers to offer services through its Children’s Services Act (CSA) program, with contracts effective March 1, 2027, through June 30, 2030. Applicants must submit service names and rates, organization-capacity and licensure materials, clinician qualifications, a signed W-9, vendor classification, and insurance documentation. This is a provider contracting solicitation rather than a grant: approved providers enter Agreements for Purchase of Services, while actual services are authorized separately by client-specific purchase orders.
