Description: The Wyoming State Construction Department is soliciting proposals on behalf of the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources, Division of State Parks, Historic Sites & Trails, for professional engineering services for asphalt pavement rehabilitation at Buffalo Bill State Park. The work covers approximately 4.5 miles of park roads and may include pavement patching, drainage improvements, crack sealing, a wearing course, and striping. Proposals are due through the Public Purchase online bidding system by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on November 4, 2026, and questions are due October 21, 2026.
