The Department of the Navy’s Military Sealift Command seeks proposals to prepare for and accomplish the Post-Shakedown Availability of the USNS LANSING (T-EPF 16) in accordance with the solicitation and work item package. Performance is anticipated from September 8 to December 6, 2027, at the contractor’s facility on the East Coast or Gulf. The solicitation is expected to become available on or about October 9, 2026, through PIEE; the presolicitation lists no response date and says access to work-item and technical data requires a returned nondisclosure agreement.
