Green Lantern Dock Refurbishment (Invitation to Quote)

Description: This dock refurbishment project involves reconstruction and improvement of the existing dock located at the green lantern park. The project will include refurbishment of portions of the dock structure, along with removal of the remaining decking materials and removal of garbage and broken debris in the surrounding dock area. Reconstruction scope will involve a combination of carpentry and metal fabrication as detailed on the project drawings. Major tasks of the project include: remove remaining existing decking removing the existing girders around the perimeter of the deck while retaining the interior joists, install new joist in first 2 sections of dock install new double 4x8 pressure treated girders, install new metal fabrication handrail assembly onto the new girders, install new metal grating decking surface.
