Construct Digester 9 Expansion At Visalia Water Reclamation Facility RFP
Construction of Digester 9 facilities, consisting of a 116-ft diameter prestressed concrete tank, pump mixing system, recirculation and hot water pumps, heat exchanger, and all associated piping, instrumentation, and other components, Construction of the Electrical Building; Construction of pipelines for primary sludge (PS), thickened waste activated sludge (TWAS), digested sludge (DS), and ferric chloride (FC), including the work at points of connection; Construction of digester gas pipeline and connection to existing digester gas pipeline. Construction of hot water valve vault, and construction of pipelines for hot water and recycled water. Construction of storm drainage improvements. Repair and reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the Work.
